I want to clear up some misconceptions about my decision not to consume meat. I don't know why everyone wants to make it a big deal, because it's really not. First of all, I hate the label "vegetarian". No, I'm not a member of PETA. No, I don't care if you eat meat or wear fur. And NO, I DO NOT WANT TO ORDER THE TOFU INSTEAD OF THE CHICKEN!! Just becuase I choose not to eat the chicken does NOT mean that I like to chew on wet cardboard.( for those of you who have not tried Tofu, don't) The second most common question I get is: "Do you miss meat?" Do I miss it? Is that a real question? It's not like meat and I were ever BFF and it suddenly moved far away. I like chickens, and cows, and piggies. I think they are all nice animals, but I don't miss chewing on them. You crazy carnivores!
